Belcanto fund (Moscow):

- Talanted oboist Alexey Balashov often performs at international festivals of our Belcanto Fund, and he always has a great success.

The audience greeted “Temporal Variations” by the English composer of the XX century B. Britten performed by Alexey with great applause at the III International Festival “Music in exile” (Moscow, 2011), as the piece is really rarely performed in Russia. Alexey Balashov represented the composition with finest artistry and really emotionally. The listeners were heart stricken by the oboist’s technique, but his talent.

Alexey Balashov became the laureate of the International Festival. It goes without saying that the musician is all set for a brilliant career, and we wish him good luck and creative victories!
